Invoice Generator Pro (invoice-generator.pro) is operated by TheHashCode. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
The service
Invoice Generator Pro lets you create invoices, download them as PDFs and, with an account, manage and email them. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
Your content and responsibilities
- You own the invoices and other content you create.
- You are responsible for their accuracy, including amounts, taxes and any legal or accounting requirements that apply to you. The service is a tool; it is not tax, legal or accounting advice.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- create fraudulent, misleading or fake invoices
- send spam or emails to people who have no reason to receive them
- break any law or infringe anyone else's rights
- disrupt, overload or try to gain unauthorized access to the service
Accounts
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the service at any time, and can ask us to delete your account by emailing info@thehashcode.com.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Invoices saved only in your browser can be lost if browser data is cleared, so keep copies of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TheHashCode is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, revenue or profit, arising from your use of the service.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
